Q: How do you seed Torrents?

A: We seed downloaded Torrents upto 1.00 ratio within 24 hours of downloading the torrent. After this we dont seed the Torrent anymore. We dont recommend using our service for seedbox purposes

Q: Can I download only one file from inside a Torrent without downloading the whole?

A: Sadly that’s not possible. The torrent must be downloaded in its entirety. After the download you can choose which files you would like to download/view.

Q: My Torrent is not downloading! Why?

A: Usually it’s because another user is already downloading it. We recommend that you wait or download other Torrents meanwhile.

Q: Can I download Torrents from private trackers?

A: Yes, with UNLOAD.co you can download from private trackers.

Simply just save the .torrent file to your computer and then upload it via the "Torrents" tab.

Unfortunately at the moment it is impossible to download from private trackers using Torrent links (a.k.a MAGNET).

Q: Can I download from video sites?

A: Technically it's possible and we are trying to make it work soon!

Q: Can I access my files via FTP?

A: Unfortunately at this moment No. However we are planning to provide a FTP access in near future.
